Common questions

Where is my progress saved? — On your device. Deleting the game deletes its progress, so keep it installed if your towns matter to you.
I ran out of lives. — Lives refill on their own over time; gold from the shop can refill them right away.
A purchase didn't arrive. — First, restart the game — pending purchases complete on launch. Still missing? Email us with your store receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do refunds work? — Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play, so refunds go through them: Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play's order history.
